What is the flipping rig and how to use it?

Can anyone offer insight to what the flipping rig is and how to use it? The update notes references new carolina rigs, texas rigs, three-way rigs, and flipping rigs, but I cannot find it in the store.

Flipping is something you do with bass jigs into heavy cover like lily pads and submerged timber or reeds.

You have a set amount of line you let out, then you can pitch or flip the jig to one spot, let it fall, twitch it or so, pick it up and flip it again to another spot. This would be best with a boat with a trolling motor so you can cover a lot of water, hitting most likely spots. Typically a flipping stick is a rod with a heavy blank, medium to slow action tip and at least 7' long. A baitcasting reel is best.

I figured it out.. apperently all "items" related to new rigs are gold starred. I needed that special fancy hook to complete the setup....
