Rod Holders in Florida

Cannot set one up on the Salty Delta dock. What's up with that?

I had no issues. Are you using the spike style or the multi-rod holders?

i had a nifty little bug where in cali i was able to put down 2 rod pods and use 4 rods instead of the 2

Good to know. Mine is the low cost 1500 credit dual rod holder.

Maybe I’ll try verifying my files in the morning...would really like to use one there.

The bite was ok in Fla with bottom fishing on reds and snook but nothing outstanding like Cali or Michigan. I did much better with lures.

Nope...the Duetstand Rod Stand will not work on the docks. Just checked after verifying files.

Which stand were you using there?

the same thing is happing to me I am using duetstand. It was working on the dock in new york just fine.

I use the 4 rod stand for snook on the dock and that's no problem. Tried the 3 rod stand and thats ok as well

Yes, it seems to be limited to the Duet. But nevertheless; c'mon FP...fix this!

You are using the wrong type of rod stand. The duet is designed to stick into the ground which is why it is not working on the dock. Try a feeder that stands on a tripod like the MonoFeeder or powerholder rod stand.
