small hook I was using #4 Urban paradise side think location isn't important as I've caught them at most spots

what i know in sweden is not allowed to take eel if u got one , because there is no mutch eel in the sea , is this in the game too i am surprised :)

It seems the lakes you can catch eels at you can't keep them even if you have the advanced licence very strange. I hope someone can clarify because it will be to easy and a habit to just keep the eels then you will get 10000 fine?

Here in the Netherlands eels are a protected specie. Many of them have been caught in recent years or were victim of poaching for consumption. When fishing in the Netherlands, you cannot avoid catching eels every now and then. And that is not a problem, but to keep the population of the specie at a good level, you 're not allowed to keep them or take them home. Just like in the game, you' re risking a huge fine if you do so.
