Fishing Planet nie uruchamia się do końca

Witam mam problem z grą od jakiś 2-3 miesięcy

gra się uruchamiała jednak nie do końca po wejściu na jakąś mapę i wybraniu stanowiska i wciśnięciu przycisku na ryby gra zaczyna się wczytywać i za chwilę z zawiesza się i nie da się jej dalej uruchomić totalna zwiecha gry i brak komunikatów i jakiego kolwiek błędu jak przycisnę lewy przycisk myszy pojawia się okienko Program Fishing Planet.exe nie odpowiada>opcje-Zamkinij program>lub poczekaj aż program zacznie działać czekać można w nieskończoność ,reinstalacja gry i steam nic nie dała, odinstalowałem nawet antywirusa gdyż myślałem że tu jest problem w zaporze też jest ustawiona jak być powinno więc nie wiem gdzie szukać przyczyny.
posiadam system windows10 pro
na tym komouterze z tą kartą grafiki wbiłem 40 lvl
wszystko było ok jak pisałem od 2-3 m-cy lpa pisałem do supporu dostałem odpowiedz:

I`m sorry for the issue you are experiencing.
As for recent game engine update - the problem is with the not so new ATI Radeon video cards, which do not have proper driver support to handle the modern game engine and graphics.
Please try to disable Dynamic Water in the game graphics settings.
If this fails to solve the issue, the only viable option is to try to contact the video card manufacturer and to see if the can offer any alternative drivers or to switch to a more modern hardware.
I understand that this is not the ideal solution, but there is no other alternative at the moment.
