Night Fishing Light?
Perhaps I missed something somewhere. But, I don't see it in Keybinds in the game, and I didn't see any special items I needed to buy in the shop. How do I turn a light on when night fishing?

You don't, it automatically turns on at 9pm and shuts off at 5am

There are 2 lighted helmets, one is purchased with baitcoins in the shop, and the other is earned by catching 100fish at night.

Ummm, so you need the DLC 'AND' do the 160 fish challenge? for the light to turn On.

3 stages to the challange 10, 50, 100. 160 total to get the hat.

What are you talking about ? The counter doesn't reset after each stage...It's 100....

I honestly never bothered to check if it resets. I just throw hooks and catch fish until it tells me I completed something. lol
