Good rod and reel setup

Im now level 14, and I need a good spinning rod and reel setup for catching bass and whatnot. I have $28000, and 25 gold. If anyone got a good setup, please let me know <-- edited

For best cash / exp at lvl 10 . Setup : Rod OmniFloat 350 , Reel WinCast 2500, Line , Mono 0.2mm.

If at lvl 10 , I would try bobber fishing in NY . Pike / Crappie is good exp / cash and you can use that rod / reel for it too.

Then once you get to lvl 15-16 Go to Oregon for the Trout Very fun in Oregon Will need a new setup rod / reel though

Valuespin 260 rod, WinCast 2500 reel, Braid 0.10mm line and purple/black narrow spoon. Get the advanced NY license and go after the walleye (speed 3, stop&go or lift&drop). They pay excellent money. Make sure to bring the 15kg keepnet/stringer and fill it to the max.

Am I missing something? or maybe its cause im sorta new to the game? but I dont have the Omnifloat 350 in the shop. all I have is the: Omnifloat '14 '10 SE, Omnifloat '14 '10, and the Omnifloat '11 '5

and also, the line is not avaliable (havent unlocked)

Mono 0,2mm lvl 6 aviable.
You can also use the Mono 0.23mm ( lvl 10) on the wincast 2500 with brake at max 5
