Why didn't I Win (Big Red Fish) Comp?
So I registered for the Big Red Fish competition in Alberta that started at 2 PM CST and ran until 4 PM CST (March 7th, 2017) and am a little confused as to how I didn't completely annihilate the other competitors. It says I didn't even have a score. The person who won the comp had a total weight of 209.135 lbs of salmon caught and in his keepnet. This was their criteria 1 objective. The criteria 2 objective was biggest fish in which they had one that weighed 19.928. My total weight of salmon in my keepnet caught using only crankbaits as described was 294.782 lbs and my highest weight salmon scored a whopping 22.188 lbs. Can comeone please explain to me why I didn't even get a score in this comp? I know I registered for this competition during the appropriate time frame.

If you entered the competition you would have seen a leaderboard on the left of your screen while fishing. Once register for a competition you still have to enter it once the competition starts. There is a selection above the "go fishing" button. You have to select the event tab then click enter competition. Also the scoring time is only 45 mintues.

Mills same thing happend to me. Before you go into a lake, there is an Events button on the lower middle right hand side, you need to click that and actually "Enter" the event when you get notified. It kicks you out of your current lake, closes out your day too. Be prepared for that:) you also have no time to update your gear ect. Hope this helps. Good news is your 45 minutes will start as soon as you enter the competition, you always get 45 minutes (or 30 for some amateur events)
