At level 17 I would suggest fishing for peacock bass in Florida with a bass jig.
You could also fish for largemouth bass in Florida, they are higher credit reward than peacock bass but a little bit lower xp reward. On the other hand it's easier to catch the trophy, which is better xp than normal peackock bass.
Should be easy to find videos on youtube on where to catch these fishes. Even old videos that shows the spots are still valid.
Anyway, you should look a kpshamino youtube, he explained how to do lvl 0 --> lvl 40 pretty fast. He had premium but the method is still good.
Common peacock bass and largemouth bass gives the same amounts of credit pr. kg. Trophy PCB gives alot more credits pr kg than LMB, 200 compared to 155 pr. kg.
Check my spreadsheet for more numbers
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1MVthNeh0VrZZ2mxOAqHojrjowkRZwgcQXIgWlq6ErZ8/edit#gid=0
The LMB (~152/kg) avarage about 2 credits more / kg than the PCB (~150/kg). So not much, but as my suggestion is to stay in Florida from lvl 17 - 30 there will be several 100 fishes to catch, and then the difference will be significantly bigger, and even more since he is on premium and have 50% extra credits. On 500 fishes it will be about 1500 in credits extra.
150 x 0.50 = 75 + 150 = 225 - PCB
152 x 0.50 = 76 + 152 = 228 - LMB
Difference = 3 x 500 (fishes) = 1500 credits
And the trophies I never said anything on credits, I know trophy PCB is better credit than trophy LMB. What I said was that trophy LMB is easier to catch than the trophy PCB, and that trophy LMB is higher xp than NORMAL PCB /kg.
And for some species there is a RNG factor in play on the pay/weight ratio too. that is why I have added that the pay per catch might vary by up to 5% per catch.
My spreadsheet is a guide, not exact science :)
Since the peacock bass gives better XP, I have been fishing for that instead and only caught LMB as a bi-catch.
And that is also why I do not care if you "lose" 1.500 credits by catching 500 common LMB instead of PCB while playing on a premium account.
A 2 credits per kilo difference would matter if this was a fish broker game and we traded 1.000's of fish at the time.
But, Jeppe, I'm sure you are rigth :)
