There are no absolutes, just guidelines really.
Light colors/silver in sunny weather.
Dark colors/gold in clouded weather and in deep waters.

Mono and flouro lines for baitfishing and braid for spinning/lures.

Like I said, it is not set in stone, so fish can acctually bite on a black lure during the sunniest days.
Yellow with red dots works well during a sunny day, but also good on cloudy days.
The same with the red/silver spoon.

A certain spoon with a certain color might work great one day and the next day not work at all.

Lately I have found that the narrow spoons is great allround spoons, suitable for most weather and alot of different fish like walleye, perch, trout, bass etc.

In reality, bait color has more to do with turbidity than weather conditions. In fact the only time weather conditions are even a matter in my color selection IRL is for topwater lures. The color system in the game needs a lot of work.
