this game it's amazing, i played 70 hours in 5 days, but there is out there a controller more realistic for this simulation?

I heard that someone has been able to use the gyroscope of a ps4 controller for the rod moving, but I don't know how.

The best could be the VR visors touch controllers, I'm hoping for them to be implemented one day, with VR too.

a long time back i think i saw some one mention they had got the fishing rod controller for xbox360 working to a degree if thats what you meen :d but i do think it would be awsom to get a proper rod controller for the game but i dont think that will ever be done :(

The devs can't even get the core game mechanics right let alone develop and manufacture a rod controller lol.. As awesome as it would be.

When VR actually worked the vive controllers worked really well. The cast mechanics were utterly broken (you could literally cast all your line out with a flick of the wrist) but everything else was extremely good, felt very natural. They were the perfect weight too. It's a shame really the dev kits don't distinguish between a whole vr setup and just the controllers so you could play with the controllers only, would be very chill.
