The risk that's on the store now is a bastardized version from EA/Popcap. It's not the same game as the Risk that was removed from the Steam store.

The Risk game on store now is an EA remake (not worth getting), its a bit like Anno 1404, it was removed from the store when Anno 2070 was released. These guys just don't want anybody buying older games.

Risk 2 is by far the best game I've played, I play it every night, even 1 or 2 rounds for good number of years :)

Yeah, this game is the best. I wish someone would build a multiplayer sever for this awesome, sadly dead game.
