Fullscreen bug
Can't toggle to fullscreen, thats why i can't start game.

Browse local files, right click the .exe, go into properties -> compatibility -> change high dpi settings and check to override high scaling behavior. This fixed it for me

Hi, gino's fix didn't work for me but running in Windows 98 compatability mode did the trick.
