How do i get the steam cards from this game?

I've had issues even running it with win10 but figured it out with one of the posts here (win7 compaiblity + set to low res + run as admin), now the game runs but there's no steam ui and im appeared to be 'online' rather than 'in game', so the game timer doesnt go up and i dont get cards this way.
Did you guys find a way to solve it?

Sorry for the late reply, but I hope this will help somebody like it did myself:

1. Go into the games properties in Steam
2. Under launch options, type
"D:\Some game folder\game.exe" %command%

I didn't use a game, but the program I did use did have some kind of 3D rendering.

Thanks for replying but i already got them by launching the game normally. idk what happened the first few times but this time i got the interface working so they dropped without a problem.
