Are all the achievements broken?

I definitely completed some requirements like $10,000 and 8 power levels. But didn't get any achievement according to this.

that seems to be for the prior version of the game. look at the screenshots and you will notice the game looks quite different

Hope they will fix it sometime.

don't keep your hopes up. just play through it as much as you can to get the booster pack drop enabled.
