Who to level

Hey guys,... I'm semi-new to the game and have gone infinite a few times. I can level all heroes to 1000 pretty decently easy,.... but after that. Who do I level? I only have 1 person upgraded with 100 valor points,....

Any help would be awesome, because I can't seem to get much further than level 550-600 atm

According to Tap tap wiki

Tinybolt, Serra and Batkiz are support Heroes. Their bonuses to Gold Dropped and All Hero DPS are extremely valuable, and their overall contribution to DPS is weak, therefore it is worth upgrading them to the next level even if they don't meet the DPS break point.

Lurch, Moosh, Lala and Aidith are the best choices for DPS. They should only be upgraded when they have reached their DPS break points, as listed below.
Tommo is generally the worst Hero to upgrade as he has the worst DPS bonus of all Heroes and his other skills only affect tapping. However, the tapping skills can be useful if you intend to use a tapping build.

I am doing as they say:
As the first upgrade only costs 100 VP and no Infinity Gems, it's a good idea to upgrade all Heroes to Level II.

Then upgrade the following Heroes to level III in this order: Lurch, Moosh, Lala, Aidith, Serra, Tinybolt, Batkiz.

By uping Star shine (max) and Prism, i get a loooot of valor point. I just dont have gem :'(

Oh, i got it bad...
I dont think there is "best hero to upgrade" but usually, the heros which have been upgrated with valor points are better. The game propose u automatically the best upgrade to do when playing (in purple). Dont ask yourself a lot of question during a run.

Upgrade hero (valor points), get more tokens, buy ancients, get achivements to get the % bonus and when its possible ascend for more % dps / rank.

All I can tell u buddy.

Go until 600 then and make a new run and so on. Step by step you will go further.
Its pretty hard to go 3000!

At your level range only Lurch matters. If you're having problem progressing you're probably spending the tokens on the wrong stuff. Refer to an optimizer, and at that level I recommend the mpmslc one because the other one focuses way too much on the long term plan but if you're only at stage 500 you really want to be able to make a bit further progress (at least to the low 1000s) before you need to think about the long term stuff.
