Stuck Very Early!

I feel embarassed to have to ask, but I'm stuck figuring out how to falsify a leak to unlock the freight elevator off the first level. I also don't know how to open the damaged second product storage room. I have a shard of glass, an empty hypo and a dirty wet towel. I have turned the pressure valve the required three times and I can no longer interact with it. I have no idea what that did. There doesn't seem to be much I can interact with anymore.

I feel a right fool, stuck here too! Like he said, nothing further to interact with, I've read through the logs and they all indicate falsifying a leak resets the lockdown. Confuzzled.

Edit: For posterity. Go to the med-bay, power on the robot surgeon. Select something in the prep menu to extend the robot arm. Now turn the power off and use the robot arm and behold! A high-powered neural drill.

Stuck further stupidly. Once I have done the hole, John doesn t want to move so I am dissolved all the time. what am I missing ?

I think you have to turn a valve in the previous room and use the neural drill you got from the surgery robot to drill

Hey folks I do just like Noxman describes but I can't take the neural drill. I click the robot arm and nothing happens. What am i doing wrong?

0. Turn on the Robotic Surgeon at the breaker box
1. Go to the surgical computer and select one of the programs
2. Watch the arm extend - should play an animation of the arm extending
3. Go to the power breaker box
4. Turn off the robotic surgeon power
5. Grab the drill (the arm won't retract)
