Fanatical key redeemed already?

I just revealed and tried to redeem a key from Fanatical I bought in October 2019 and it said "already redeemed." Can anyone explain this?

I want a replacement key.

Fanatical sent a replacement key. Interestingly though, a key from an even earlier bundle Fanatical Nemesis Bundle 4 (Dec 2017) worked. The one from Fanatical Horror Pick & Mix Bundle (Oct 2019) didn't.
