The spanish translation is HORRIBLE

Hi developers, I've finished your game right now, it has been a good playtime inverted, but, trust me, the spanish translation is HORRIBLE, changing the genre in the PDAs, a lot of abreviations or wordswithout sense, for example, put "barco" (boat) in place of nave (ship), english terms like DNA in place of ADN in some PDAs or other similar situations, the translators (Robot translators) are not the worse in this world, but yes one of the worst translators ("professionals") groups. This spanish translation is horrible, like the original Final Fantasy VII translation.

I can't understand how nobody has said this before, a good translation is very important to understand well the story, but in this case, I have not understood very well the story at 100% because of this HORRIBLE translation.

I've purchased, this steam sale, your game "STASIS deluxe Edition" and the Deluxe content DLC for your free game "CAYNE" to show you (developers) my support to your company and say THANK YOU for these games, but I will not recommend in my review your game because of this HORRIBLE translation; I meet fan translators that make better spanish translations for many games than this payed translation, it's incredible how you're able to destroy your good game with "this move", please, give us an excellent spanish translation or at least, give us the tools to make it.

Really, I've enjoyed your game: the scenarios, atmosphere, story (at 80% because of the translation), characters..., but this is untolerable.

Thanks for the support and buying the product. As a non-spanish speaker I am not sure about the translation quality but I don't believe we have had any major complaints on this. We used roboto.pl who did the Witcher and came highly recommended. I am sorry that it ruined the experience for you but your comments are noted. We have a good idea on how to make sure the translations are better received next time and I hope you check out our future games.

Hi again and thanks for the respond, that a company (Roboto pl) has made a translation for an AAA game like "The Witcher", that doesn't mean that the translation for your game will be good, that's my opinion.

I've been checking the last version of the game (1.0.9.9 Turkish patch) and I've seen that you've activated the fan translations, that's a good change for our fan translators community (spanish community) to be able to make a decent and better translation or at least, enchance the offical translation, without change the genre of the PDA owner, words and phrases wrong translates and many other things that at this moment, make your game not enjoyable at 100% when you play in spanish.

You say that "I don't believe we have had any major complaints on this", maybe you're right, but you've to think that, at least in the spanish community, few people write in english in Steam, our educational system is on of the worst in the world, and the english language is a thing of other world for many people.

We've many good fan translators that make translations for games that have not been published in spanish or directly, they enchance the official translations, like we want make with the spanish translation of your game.

Beause I found no enhanced translation at Clan Dlan (neither for Cayne, game I suffered the same and started translating by my own but... left it unfinished).

Is that or just the possibility to "anyone" to retranslate? (But no a proper translation yet made).

PS.: Also, not getting feedback does not mean not having issues... just not being reported. And on the education regrad, I think you should travel a bit... just very close to Spain and try to talk in English in Paris... XD.

Hey there. Cayne has an open translation system built in which allows anybody to create a translation and easily distribute and use it. Stasis has a build in system so the translations are tricky and need to be in the official build.
