If you want to use it with Session Drummer, Rapture or the other plugins that can load SFZ files. Just go to drum replacer content path :
{Steam Library}/Common/Cakewalk/Cakewalk Content\Drum Replacer\Drums\Kicks
Drum Replacer is excluded on purpose. It is not meant to be utilized as a track fx plugin, which is why it crashes when trying to be used as such.
It is designed to be used via ARA with region FX.
1) Select a clip or time selection of a clip in the timeline.
2) Go to Region FX
3) Go to Drum Replacer
4) Create Region FX
This will apply Drum Replacer to the selected clip and you'll have a window in the multidoc.
Guckzillas post with the screenshot above shows the method to create a Region FX.
