Hey thanks, allthough i don't fully get how it works.. if you could do a video on this i would gladly want to see it. Do you have a youtube channel?
1) Demo of sound without compression applied
2) Added "C1 comp Stereo" to the "Pad" channel and showed that it hears the Pad signal (as a regular compressor do)
3) Added Send from Kick channel to "C1 comp Stereo (Input 2) - Pad" input - it is the second input of C1 compressor on pad channel
4) You can see that now C1 input level indicator reacts on Kick signal
5) Adjusted compression parameters so it actually starts compressing the signal. At this stage sidechained compression is clearly audible
6) Decreased the level of the signal sent from Kick channel to prove that C1 compressor on the Pad channel hears only the kick, C1 knows when it's second input is connected to something and uses only sidechain input on it's detector in that case.

Hey man thanks!! i'm gonna try it out right away, bit strange i did not see the same option yesterday, i think i must have used the wrong compressor type. anyway thanks alot!!
Noted man, thanks i tried it out and it works like a charm, bit different to set up than i have seen but super cool that it works, now i know to do side chaining and parallel compression ;)
