Game .exe has stopped working (Solution found by Devs)

Wont start for me, tried updating my physx drivers and still nothing. Any help? Windows 10~

I happen to have this same problem although I'm using a laptop with Windows 7. I start the game, ”Fairytales: Three Heroes” logo shows briefly and then comes in this Windows pop-up window that says ”game.exe has stopped working”.

Now the funny thing is, that when I bought the game about an year ago, it worked perfectly after installing it and I got a few hours in the game. Then I uninstalled it and now when I reinstalled the game it won't start.

I still use the same laptop than year ago although I have of course updated drivers (nvidia) and such during the past year. It's a shame really, it is a fun game.

I really want to play it but alas I havent found any workarounds as of yet!

Yes, unfortunately I'm not techsavvy enough to figure out what is the problem, but I blame the bloody Windows, some update during the year probably broke something...

We can only hope that the devs are still active in the forum. In fact it seems that at least one of the developers was last seen in Steam 18 days ago, so perhaps there's still some hope. :)

guys hello again. Looks like some dlls missed with install, can you please install this soft manually

if all tis installation passed ok and after this game not work, write to us again, we send rebuild version with debug cod, we cannot repet your problem at same of your hardware systems, so we need your help to localize problem and fix it.

Tried installing those and to my understanding they all installed properly but alas, the game still won't work. I got the same "Game.exe has stopped working" message.

Although I'm not sure if that "vcredist_x86.exe" installed correctly. When I used it and accepted all that legal stuff then after that I got a brief pop-up window with something about "collecting required information" and that green bar fills up in a flash and after that pop-up window goes away and nothing else happens as far as I can see.

I mean is it meant to do just that? Not install anything?

Both "DirectX\Jun2010\DxSetup.exe" and "PhysX_8.09.04_SystemSoftware.exe" installed something and they also informed me when installation was over.

I got the same thing and I think it installed correctly as it was just a visual c installation for game files specific to the game, it happened to me as well.
