Game Not Loading Properly

I'm wondering if anyone else has this problem: MiniOne Racing worked just fine yesterday (and the day before that, when it was purchased), but will no longer load levels. The game has been uninstalled/reinstalled, the computer rebooted, etc, but nothing. The game will start up, the menus are there, but as soon as you try to load up a level? The game hangs and the only thing you CAN do is shut it down or X out.

This is very frustrating, since I purchased this for my son and he wants to race!

That's very strange.

When you uninstall the game, have you "delete all local files" first on Steam?


Anyway, just after encounter this bug, can you send us the console.log file? (contact [ a t ] frogames.com)

The console.log file is located in the game directory.
On PC : Programs Files > Steam > Steamapps > common > MiniOne Racing > console.log
On Mac : ~ / Library > Application Support > Steam > Steamapps > common > MiniOne Racing > console.log
Tell me if you need further assistance to get this file.
It would be very useful if you can send us the prefs files too. They're located in the "racing" directory in Mini One Racing (every files starting with "prefs_".

We worked it out. Here a quick fix for anyone having the same issue until we patch the game.

It's a bug that may appear if at some point you put a password in the "create server" screen.
How to fix:
1/ Start the game
2/ Go to Play > Free Tracks > Create > Next
3/ On this screen you’ll see that there’s a password typed. Erase it and then click "Back"
4/ Exit the game
5/ Launch it again… it should work now.
