Game Doesn't Start

Is this game compatible with Windows 10? I try to play the game but it never opens, just immediately crashes and I can't figure out why.

Balloon in 5-1

Am I missing something, or is the balloon impossible to reach. I have tried using the snails shell to jump onto the ledge, but by the time I do, the balloon is already long gone... Any ideas?

Bad framerate & Controller not working

Hello i can run all the latest AAA games just fine but with this its just a jerky mess. Also my 360 controller didnt seem to be detected any thoughts on that?
