Windows 11 incompatibility?

I bought this pack for my friend a few days ago but for some reason, once he opens the game, it NEVER shows his mouse cursor at all. He is unable to do anything but force-close it by other means. Now I have Windows 10 and it works fine, but he has Windows 11. Does anyone else have this problem? If so, has it ever been resolved somehow?
