Save Data Glitch

Anyone having an issue were the save data eventually just reverts back to square one and all progress is lost in that profile?

If you have Windows Security installed, it might have prevented the game from trying to write save data files into protected folders.
Happened to me a few times before I realized what the problem was.
I just opened Windows Security, went to the Ransomware Protection tab and granted access to protected folders to Jewel Quest
