My Head Sticks Out Of The Roof of the Car in VR

I don't know what changed, but my head sticks out of the roof of the car in VR. You just can't drive like that. Can anyone point my in the right direction as how to sit back down in the car like the game intended. Thanks in advance

Thanks Mahjik, i read that before. it didn't help. Ive spent more time reading about how to fix the issue than I have hours in the game. It worked at first, and then one day, poof, head through the roof and I can't fix it. Dirt Rally and Assetta Corsa work, but not Project Cars 2.

You need to specifically bind a "Reset VR" key.

I just took a look at the options. If you have the "Center VR Headset" key/button configured and that's not fixing it, try using the "seat" keys to lower the seat position.

Thanks for the info. Unfortunately, I can't get it reset to the way it used to be. I can use the openvr setttings, but I have to reset it for every car. A real PITA. I just quit playing it. The other racing sims work without a hitch. It seems like a common problem without an easy answer.

As a test, try renaming your "Documents\Project CARS 2" folder to something like "Document\PC2Save". Relaunch the title which will make it think it's starting over from scratch. If that fixes it, you can decide if you want to keep going.

If it doesn't fix it, you can delete the newly recreate "Document\Project CARS 2" folder and then rename back your "PC2Save" folder.

I also have this issue now. Nothing works, reset VR key doesn't do anything. Why does this just suddenly happen?
