Game just exits in middle of race

Hi folks, just curious if anyone has same issue as I do. I cant complete even a single race without game exiting to desktop (without any crash error wahtsoever). Before I didnt have this issue it just started recently and it has become very disturbing since I am losing al the points gained. My rig is good enough to cope with game requirements.
I tried to reinstall the game, still same thing happens it just randomly exits...
Does anyone have a slight idea what could cause this or where to start looking at?

Likely you have something updated like a video driver which is causing some issues. What video card are you using and when was the last time the driver was updated?

I have I7 and gtx 1080ti, drivers were last updated on Battlefield 5 launch, which is probably more demanding game than PC2 and runs very smooth on my computer.

It has nothing to do with how smooth another game runs. A driver can introduce a change that has an effect (negative) on another title. What is the exact driver version you are using from Nvidia?

Have you looked in your Windows Event Viewer logs to see if you notice any errors logged when the crashes happen?

Driver is 417.35, also checked the win event logs and no errors caused by applicatons.

Only thing I could find is this but its not stated as error:

The description for Event ID 0 from source tmpid cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

CDIEffectDriver::CDIEffectDriver() successful initialization, proc:R:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Project CARS 2\pCARS2AVX.exe

The specified resource type cannot be found in the image file

Updated Thrustmaster drivers + frimware, will test it and report tomorrow.

Might worth a shot, but there is a driver update for Nvidia you could try (417.71). Also, as a test, have you tried running the video card in Debug mode?

Nothing worked... Still same problem persist

Unfortunately, that is logged after the crash. Bugsplat is SMS's debug program that will launch to collect information once a crash happens. i.e. what you see there is caused 'after' the crash happened.

I have unistalled all vcredist intallations with in-depth uninstall tool (Ahampoo), and it seems that has fixed my issue. Played couple of hours for the first time without random exits.
