Project Cars 2 Dedicated Server Setup

So I am new here. I just built 4 Racing Sims for my co-workers and myself. We all work at a Race Track here in Utah and this is the best way for us to blow off some steam!

I used to provide game hosting services about 10 years ago and have been out of the game for a bit. I have a dedicated server (Server 2012) and I want to host this Sim from that box and create a rotation that runs 24/7.

So with that being said I downloaded the Dedicated Server from Steam. I am looking for a pre-configured Server Config file that I can use that has a map rotation in it or a guide to setup a dedicated server.

Any help is appreciated. My end goal is to create a Web Interfaced plugin to make all the changes on the fly.
