Save to Documents\Project CARS 2\ffb_custom_settings.txt
Flavour: Custom
Gain: 100
Volume: 50
Tone: 50
FX: 50
Menu Spring: 90 (I like it centering when returning to menu)
I edited some FX settings in the file to reduce the violence of road bumps and bring them more inline with what a real car's wheel feels, since I also use a buttkicker g2, I get some of that feedback where it should be coming from.
For other wheels, such as a G27/G920, the following line (147) would need editing:
#Deadzone Removal as pCARS 1 - deadzone/fall off
(output (tighten output 0.10 0.04))
To something like:
#Deadzone Removal as pCARS 1 - deadzone/fall off
(output (tighten output 0.02 0.01))
It also includes effects that simply don't exist in the vanilla flavors, such as high frequency ffb on brake locking (without ABS) and tire scrub when the car understeers.
i.e, Look at the telemetry graph, lock your brakes and.. if you don't feel it or see this, then you are missing effects in the game:

The original files are here, but I found the bumps to be over the top by default: http://forum.projectcarsgame.com/showthread.php?51628-Jack-Spade-Custom-FFB-Files
With these settings, in my opinion, the FFB from PC2 is on another level, it feels amazing on my belt driven wheel. Results may vary for other wheels, of course.
