Disable arms and camera movement in cockpit

Is there any way to remove the arms in cockpit view, and wich option i need to stop this camera movement in normal cockpit (not the helmet)?

The arms & steering wheel is under gameplay options

hi ive found the setting but its greyed out and i cant switch it from on to off am i missing something or has this setting not been added yet.

you will have to change it from the main options if it's greyed out you must be trying to change it from within the game
