Places to share car setups ?

Hello, is there any website/workshop where we can share cars setups ? As there is a share option on Project Cars 2 but no workshop on Steam page.

when the game first came out you could download the setups from the drivers in time attack. but now i think it isn't possible. the share button in this section doesnt work too.
would be more easy to get setups by the game instead of external websites like race department. it's kind of confusing to get the setup you need for a special car and track there for assetto corsa eg.
but maybe it's desired that those players who are able to develop the best setup are rewarded for their timespending so that not everybody gets it for free?

I found out, when you load the ghost you can still get the setup of the driver for the car with some clicks.

Go to time trial, select your car and track, filter the lap times via car selection, click one of the large "add ghost" boxes and select the one you want - start the time trial and the setup should be in the recieved setup tab in the share section.
