Wet tyre bug?

Ok it starts raining cats in gt3 race and my engineer tells me to pit and change to wets.. so i come in and they put a set of hards back on.. ? Is this a bug? Do i have to make a pit preset to rain or something?

Also the AI stays on track with slicks? and they go way too fast..

You have to change your "Race Strategy > Select Strategy" in the "In-car management" menu. I know, its pretty lame that it does not do it automatically.

AI is not affected by weather conditions. Play multiplayer, career with broken AI is really frustrating currently.

if your pit stranggy is the default then "automated by the weather" would be defualt for the tires, they should put wets on, they did for me.

I think it only means the tyres you start with, as stated above, you need to pit-in to get new tyres.

I've managed to detect several bugs on the tire issue. The first one is when you choose "automated by weather" sometimes the AI puts on your car ice tires for hot weather. I noticed it because I look at the tires and there were with spikes and when I took my first turn the car understeered.
Sometimes you start with the tire you set from the previous race (I finished one cup with Ice and the next race the tires were on, despise the option of "automated by weather")
