Fkn loving life right now !!!!!!!!!!
Oh, it's you again, are you on every thread?
One of the major gripes with Pcars1 was the poor and inconsistent FFB along with a dozen settings that just made it worse and it would seem that nothing has changed with Pcars2.
Two different FFB defaults, Immersive and raw selections? Why? I don't understand it. AC has nothing you can set except the gain level and the FFB is very detailed in it, it comes raw from the physics.
How can SMS still mess up the FFB? Is Jack Spade going to have to `fix` the poor FFB again?
I wanted Pcars to be much better than Pcars1 but it seems SMS know nothing about race-sim FFB.
The FFB is great in most cars. Watch this video and you may understand why there're different FFB flavours (what you call defaults). There're in fact 3, plus another one that is customizable. If you're an AC fanboy good for you, but this thread is not about AC and the fact that you haven't even played Pcars 2 and have written all that says enough about how biased you are.
Here goes the video:

So I cannot simply have an opinion about the fact there are two default FFB settings when other racing-sims don't? Or I cannot have an opinion about the two setups for cars, loose and grip, when other race sims don't need this and give you the factory or real world setup for cars by default? I can't have an opinion that the FFB isn't a massive improvement over Pcars1 when I have read more than a few reviews of people saying the FFB is still as `wonky` as Pcars1?
I form an opinion before I buy something based on facts, this prevents me from buying a game, disocvering I do not like it and having to go through a refund- its called `common sense` IMO.
where do you copy that ffb_custum.txt file?
Its ok to form opinons from others but you shouldnt spread how some off the youtubers you have been watching speaks about FFB as your own experience. its not your experience and you have no valid right to act like you even know how it feels in your hands. There are some who are negative and some whom are possitive about the FFB. You shouldnt cherry pic and choose your baised opinion from one view and act like its truth. What is good FFB? What is bad FFB? Why is it bad with having many options off different profile FFB? imo everybody likes different so having different makes you being able to get the FFB you like instead off one profile many prefer but maybe you dont. FFB isnt one thing everybody can agree on just like film and music genre. Everybody wants different out off FFB and when people review PC2 so called improved FFB its important to know what is improved to understand the difference. Imo you have all rights to be negative and form your own opinion but dont come spit ♥♥♥♥ on something you havent even played because you just dont know do you. You dont eat same food as them, listen to same music and watch the same movies as the reviewers you have been watching. Im sure you would all disagree in some areas so stop spreading others opinion as your experience
also adjust ffb inside each car to get it feeling right
the idea the dev would have the feeling u want dialed in is LOL
