Do you have the Logitech profiler installed?
BaZiMuC Nov 26, 2017 @ 3:58pm
steam -> settings -> controller -> controller settings --- disable all possible marks and it should get calibrated ingame

You need version 5.10.127 of the Logitech profiler installed.
Then create a new profile in the profiler.
Name it pcars2 and point the file to the .exe in your steam folder, that’s
program Files(x86)\steam\steamapps\common\project cars 2\pCARS2.exe

Then in the profiler go to edit.
Then to specific game settings.
Tick use special FFB device settings.
Set the sliders to
100%
0%
0%
Tick the box that says enable spring strength and set slider to 0%
Tick the box that says use special wheel settings
Make sure report combined pedals is unticked
Set rotation to 900 degs
Tick use special game settings
And tick allow game to adjust.

In game set feedback to raw and tone to 75

Just set it up as a "CUSTOM WHEEL" and you should be fine.

in thankfull for all of your tipps, i will try the "CUSTOM WHEEL" set up, and will try the logitech profiler settings, lets hope it works^^

Edit. What is wrong with this game?! I tried to create a custom wheel, therefore i have to map the buttons (Turn left/right etc.) well.. THAT DOESNT WORK. i click on the thing that i want to assing, then i click the button, but it just doesnt accept it.

I use that wheel, and it worked instantly using the in-game profile for it.

Makes me happy and angry at the same time, cause if only a few have this problem, the chances of it getting fixed are very low..

But there is no problem unless your wheel is faulty.
You have to ensure you have the correct drivers (see my post above).

Any other advice is irrelevant unless you have the correct drivers installed.
The profiler contains the correct drivers.
You don’t need to use custom wheel as the DFGT wheel is supported by the game and it still allows you to map buttons to your liking.

Got the right profiler therefore also the correct drivers, and i dont think the wheel is faulty cause it works perfect in every other game i play with it.
The thing with the button not mapping is gone, was a bug aswell.

Do you launch through BigPicture?
Does your wheel centre when you start your PC?

No not through big picture and yes, it does center when i start my PC

As it should be then. I’m all out of ideas.
It’s definitely not the game as my DFGT works fine.
Sorry I couldn’t help. Probably a good idea to take a look at the official forums and maybe ask for help over there.
Hope you get it sorted.

Alright, I wanted to do one final check to see what my settings are. I don't mean to sound like I'm talking down to you by saying obvious things, but I suppose it's good to do a final check to make sure you have it.

Controller type: Wheel
Manufacturer:Logitech
Type: Driving Force GT (not just Driving Force, that's a different wheel)
Transmission is manual, and peddles are separate.

I'm assuming you set it all up that way? Fortunately for me that's all I had to do to get it working.

Also, make sure you do this in the main menu, not after you've launched a track. If you go into a track to practice or something you can no longer make changes to your controls. You want to do this all in the main menu. Also, I had a problem where my brakes were not mapped to my peddles, so I had to go into the button configuration to change that configuration.

Good luck!
