This is a good game which just, like Pcars1 before it , needs a bit more time and a bit more testing from all you beta testers out there ;)
REALITY ...REAL....if people just race a couple of Gt3 cars because the others are too slow...seems kinda pointless to me.....We all want the same thing...fun races...lots of drivers...hopefully a grid with a mix of cars...in Gt3 not just a grid of Ferrari’s...It human nature for people to choose the fastest car
One that simulates, especially an apparatus that generates test conditions approximating actual or operational conditions.
YOU do not understand............approximating........how old are you?
That's funny. I'm American and I know the Federation Internationale De L'automobile (specifically the GT Bureau of the FIA) Regulates the performance of all Group GT3 participants to ensure a competitive class.
Min. Weight
BOP Ballast Weight
Final Weight (without driver)
FIA restrictor size
RH front and rear mm sizes
Pboost bar A / RPM
I also know they have been known to increase or decrease their specifications mid season if it appears they had it wrong. Things they regulate (subject to change)
Blancpain SRO GT Bureau brakes it down by car year 2016, 2015, 2013/14 and in each section it states something to the effect of "The SRO Sporting Board is allowed to modify any parameter required to establish the balance of perfromance cfr art 94 of the Sporting Reg.
So we are mid season and there are some seriously under balanced cars.
Sorry you feel us stupid americans are back seat drivers Mr. Fancy pants but for myself...Im just going by the rules.
You can read right...not sure where you are from but I hope you are not the norm as if you are it will be the death of motorsport.
Balancing the cars does not mean they all drive the same. I think it's amazing how some of the cars are great in some sections where others shine in others. I have had some great races catch em up on the straits, they pull in the corners, but lap times were very close. This is balance, the end result lap times....not "they all drive the same".
.They will be different to drive but competitive...
.I will practice more. Are you quite good Jioshouxu?
Can you give me some driving advice ?
- You do realize the cars behaving differently has absolutely nothing to do with balance, right?
- Do you know what BoP is?
- Do you know that every GT series implements BoP regulations and adjusts them routinely throughout the season (track specific regs for BoP)?
- Do you even follow motorsport?
- Hell in 2016 there were 10 BoP changes to GTE and only 9 races...if you follow motorsport surely you picked up on this (they didn’t make the cars drive the same mate...they balanced the performance...you know...real world ish)
- Did you read my last post or just pass it up so you can act like a donkey and tell people they are bad, this game is a sim and ohhhhh so real world blahblah (see the 3rd and 4th bullet on real world)?
No one is asking for the cars to drive the same. No one is asking for the cars to drive themselves.
If you don't know what BoP is and insist on showing your ignorance well then keep on keeping on. I always enjoy a good laugh.
...and i’m fairly certain he was being sarcastic but congrats on taking the bait lolz.
