Wet weather car is uncontrollable!

Just tried Silverstone in the wet driving a Ginetta GT5 andf the car is literally uncontrollable. Is this something that has been done in the patch?

Before I could control the Ginetta Junior car and drive reasonably quickly in the wet with all weather tyres on but I didnt try this GT5 car before the patch in the wet admittedly. Its as if they are slicks on it. And meanwhile the AI are driving around getting 5 seconds faster lap times than me!

What the heck is going on?? Why cant I drive around corners in the wet without sliding all over the place? It was far better before then when I could drive around the same speed as the AI. Now its impossible.

Is it just this GT5 car that is bugged in the wet? Or are the wet tyres bugged or something?

I thought i was the only one. I was just playing in a thunderstom after the patch before 2.0. I was driving a Mustang GT4.

Put rain on at Bathurst and good luck getting around the final bend lol, even at 5 mph your car water skis over the puddle there

The aquaplaning is really over done. Extremely over done. I get they want to emphasize the feature LiveTrack 3.0 gives them that no one else has, but it's pretty far from reality.

yerp AI is broken they are all driving rocket powered vehicles that are stuck to the road, also car handling.. WTF happened. I was blitzing rally X now I can bearly keep it in a straight line or stop over steer... its broken!

I like the aquaplaning, it gives you just that litle snap when you do it right, and you loose time when you do it wrong

I will try it again tonight then but havent had an update and it was terrible last night when I tried my Ginetta around Silverstone in the wet. Couldnt find any grip at all and was around 4-5 secs slower than the first AI cars to go out whereas before the patch I was just beating them in the Ginetta Junior on 60% difficulty. But the Ai seemed to get much slower at the end of the testing session so it maybe that its bugged for their first laps? Either way something seems well wrong unless they have patched it since last night which is doubtful.
