Worst Driving game ever dont waste money

Ive played nearly ever racing game you can think of but never have a seen one so broke and full of bugs and a complete mess. 1500 people playing it on a saturday night 600 on cars1 that is a ♥♥♥♥♥ disgrace game is not even out 3 months and has a player base that low. I honestly dont know were to begin with the issues and bugs as its a complete mess AI totally broke MP broke Rank system broke some cars handle like tanks no matter wtf you do it just wont turn having to spend over a hour to get a MP game just for it to crash and i lose rank then insane fps issues on alot of tracks then the lagging in MP theres the deves they just dont give a ♥♥♥. Quite honestly wished i never wasted my money on this and im so pissed i did should have just went to assetto corsa as this is by far worst racing game out.

You mean you played Rfactor demo..... every game you can think of..... Mario Karts?

I agree though, the game is still borked. I still haven't pld online.. I'll give this next patch a chance for sure.
I'll also wait for it to be fixed (with another patch) if this one doesn't solve my main issues.

They try to release a single Paid for DLC while it's in this state and..and...I'll be really, really, REALLY annoyed

If you think this is the worst driving game ever then you obviously haven't played WRC7. That game takes some beating, stuttering even on a high end pc, wheel does not work properly and the actual physics on the cars are bad.

Little tip for anyone having issues with the cars not turning.. Steering ratio.. Lower it.. Most of the cars have high ratios like 11:1 or 14:1.. lower it to like 10:1 or 9:1 that will help with turn in. Otherwise you are doing it wrong.

its not just a problem, it appears to be designed to have problems. if you work through all the nonsense standing in the way to get a good race going, you'll still spin out for no reason, double downshift, or be wrecked by an ai…there is always something in the game to piss you off, and you can't play it to get better, or enjoy what you are doing. it just makes you work for nothing. and IF, you can manage to get a decent race where you actually drive the car and have fun, you'll look around at the horrid graphics that look like they were designed for sega genesis. the ranking is broken because you can't drive a car consistently enough with all the needless calculations and physics in the game. it forces you to concentrate on tedious and trivial play that is lack luster, boring and downright bland to have to concentrate that hard while going a round a turn slow as a turtle. it has no real sensation of speed and you just feel like you are sitting there, but then you are concentrating hard to not spin out for one of the billions of unknown reasons the game decides to stop working.

i've learned that its the ai. after you set it to a specific difficulty, instead of just making the ai cars quicker, they start punishing the driver. so if you take a turn how IT DOESN'T THINK YOU should, then you'll spin out, while you could run hot laps for an hour in practice just fine with the tune…100 rating for the ai is max for this problem. but the ai is so slow at that rating that its not worth playing.

they won't just ban the thread at project cars forum, they will ban your account. after they have thoroughly represented themselves as hypocrites as well. they'll trash talk you, and degrade you, and harass you, and slander and liable you, but when you do one thing against that trolling piece of ♥♥♥♥, they ban you for what they do...

I honestly don´t know what people are talking about when they say bugs and crashes. I havn´t experienced this at all. Doh it could be because I only play multiplayer and drift. So I don´t play with AI etc when it comes to the bugs. But crashes I have not had a single one since I bought it. Who knows maybe they fixed it by the time I bought it. Or maybe the people complaining is people with low setup PC´s with wrong settings.

Its a old post the crashing thing is miles better now but if you had the game September to the end of November you would know how bad it was. Had a funny week of disconnections the other week but seems better now

By the time this game is gonna get fixed something else more advanced will be out and It'll be pointless to play PC2 still. Unfortunately this is the faith of not comppleted games at launch, and since we are in a very popular moment for driving simulators this is likely to happen.
I bought PC for the single player experience and for training (if I wanna go MP i play Iracing or AC), and turns out the SP career is broken (mostly for AI , one of the worst I have ever seen in a racing game). It's a pity I really enjoy the game but It has so many problems I don't see a way out. Try a Stock Car race at 120 opponent skill at daytona and you'll understand what I mean.

That's so shortsided. Guess what I'm playing currently in VR? Richard Burns Rally, 2004. So epic it blows the Rallycross out of here except for the graphical flare. Feel is so great I've never going to by Dirt rally, even though I was saving for that, since pCars 2 Rallycross didn't do it for me. Well that's rally, speaking of GT races and stuff the market is gonna be overcrowded, and we can't say that about rally titles, that's why I said what I said. Richard Burns is a great game, but it was back then already, like Colin McRae and such. PC and PC2 are in the mediocre level, they wanna do everything and they end up in doing nothing good. As a second installement I expected more quality wise. Too much quantity , too little quality. I mean WHO gives a ♥♥♥♥ to be able to drive a Kart at Nordschleife with snow if the game is utterly broken and the physics all over the place..

As said by kelset dong, Physics all over the place lol. it can get annoying all this live track 3.0 , time of the day (track temp) and so on , its sometimes hard to know how the cars going to drive from qualifying to race , from one lap to the next, tyre temps changing a tiny bit made even harder for people that don't have assists on but have got better at expecting this to happen and can deal with this a little better.

Welcome to real life racing. The amount of concentration it takes to do this is real life is insane. You should see some of the vitals of racing drivers as they race. Their blood pressures and heart rates are so elevated for the majority of their races that it's almost as if they have run a marathon. This is one of the main reasons the drivers have to physically train and be fit to race.
