Not able to install

Tried to install the game got to 20% then nothing and now my download counter says over one year to download its been downloading for 3 hours. with no movment. It now failed and said unable to update. HELP

That's not a problem with the game, but with Steam. Try to change your download server as described in the second section of this article:
