Is this worth purchasing? (Or other similar games)

I am very interested in this game but i am not sure whether to buy or not because of bugs what i have read from here so far :\

Would you recommend buying this game or is there any similar games around? (i already have This is Police and like it very much)

This is more of a police RTS, like the old Hill Street Blues game on Amiga. It has a story but nothing as interesting like This is the Police.
I did not encounter any game breaking bugs (having played the story and a fair amount of sandbox). Though the UI and micromanagement is a bit tedious at times.
