New phone cant load profile

How do you get the profile on your old phone to load to PC and new phone? I have a level 12 sheet that I spent months building and now its stuck on the old phone only????

On your old phone, open the game and tap the hammer icon at the top right once your ship loads. Tap register, and provide the e-mail you wish to register the account to.

On your new phone or steam, when you start the game, there will be an option to login to an existing account. I believe it's at the very start, when you're asked for a name; the option should be below the name field.

Then you just need to input your e-mail and password, and voilà!.
