So this may be a dumb question, but is there any way at all to make your crew get more than 100 XP points from any single ground or space battle?

My lvl 10 crew currently need ~1100 xp to level up, which translates to over 11 battles... I don't even want to imagine what these numbers look like above crew lvl 20. O_o

Unfortunately no. 100 xp is all you get from ground missions

As Apex mentioned, ground mission is only 100 xp.

For space battles, the xp is your trophies divided by 10 if doing PvE (galaxy map), or the trophies of your foe divided by 10 if doing PvP.

So with 4387 trophies, you'd get 438 xp for every PvE ship battle.

Do PvP battles to raise your trophy count, then do ship PvE missions. Follow this [cdn.discordapp.com] to raise your chances of encountering them. In addition, crew that die during ship battles still receive full xp, so don't worry about making all of them live.
