Is there any way to keep my name but make a new game?

I got a bugged out tutorial that won't seem to fix itself. I want to keep my name and just start from scratch. Is this possible? When I try to make a new game normally, it requires me to use a different e-mail address. I'd rather just wipe my current account's progress. How do I do that?

+1 Also got that problem :( It's cause game was moved from mobile and it bugs on non touchscreen ;/

Yeah I uninstalled because of this. The broken progress pop-ups were getting too bothersome.

https://www.pixelstarships.com/Account/ChangeUsername You can go here to change the username of your account, so the name you're currently using and would like to use on another account becomes free to use again. The first name change is free, subsequent ones will cost 1500 bux.

As for using a different e-mail, there's a trick with Gmail. If you use . you can make multiple accounts using the same email.

E.g. [e-mail] [e-mail] [e-mail]

All of these would have an email sent to [e-mail] pretty handy.
