Immediately crashes after logging to PSN

Yesterday the game worked just fine, no performance issues whatsoever. Bur guess what, I jinxed it! Today this thing crashes todesktop without eny errors after I log in to PSN, before login I can spend an hour on the title screen. Anyone faced this or knows a solution?

MARVEL TOKON CRASH FIX

My Marvel Tokon kept closing by itself a few minutes after launching. Most of the crashes happened while I was changing the language settings, and the game usually wouldn't stay open for more than 5 minutes.

After trying several things, I managed to fix the problem.

What I did:

1. I closed or uninstalled anti-cheat software related to other games, especially:

* FACEIT and FACEIT Anti-Cheat, used with Counter-Strike;
* 2XKO and Riot's anti-cheat;
* Epic Games Launcher.

2. I also closed unnecessary programs that were running or minimized in the background.

My suspicion is that one of these programs or anti-cheat systems was conflicting with Marvel Tokon's anti-cheat.

3. I completely uninstalled Marvel Tokon.

4. I reinstalled the game on a different SSD.

5. I changed my in-game settings to:

* Display Mode: Fullscreen;
* Resolution: 1920x1080;
* Motion Blur: OFF;
* V-Sync: OFF;
* Overall Graphics Quality: High.

After making these changes, the game stopped crashing and is now running normally.

I can't say for sure which specific change fixed the problem, but I believe the main cause was a conflict between Marvel Tokon's anti-cheat and other programs or anti-cheat software running in the background.

If your Marvel Tokon crashes a few minutes after launching, especially when changing settings or language options, these steps may be worth trying.

Meu Marvel Tokon estava fechando sozinho poucos minutos depois de iniciar. Na maioria das vezes, o crash acontecia enquanto eu mexia nas opções de idioma, e o jogo dificilmente permanecia aberto por mais de 5 minutos.

Depois de alguns testes, consegui resolver o problema.

O que fiz:

1. Fechei ou desinstalei programas de anti-cheat relacionados a outros jogos, principalmente:

* FACEIT e o FACEIT Anti-Cheat, usado no Counter-Strike;
* 2XKO e o anti-cheat da Riot;
* Epic Games Launcher.

2. Também fechei programas desnecessários que estavam rodando ou minimizados em segundo plano.

Minha suspeita é que algum desses programas ou sistemas de anti-cheat estava entrando em conflito com o anti-cheat do Marvel Tokon.

3. Depois disso, desinstalei completamente o Marvel Tokon.

4. Reinstalei o jogo em outro SSD.

5. Configurei o jogo da seguinte forma:

* Modo de exibição: Fullscreen;
* Resolução: 1920x1080;
* Motion Blur: OFF;
* V-Sync / Sincronização Vertical: OFF;
* Qualidade gráfica geral: Alto.

Depois dessas alterações, o jogo parou de fechar sozinho e está funcionando normalmente.

Não posso afirmar qual dessas mudanças resolveu especificamente o problema, mas acredito que o principal causador era algum conflito entre programas/anti-cheats funcionando simultaneamente em segundo plano.

Para quem estiver tendo crashes poucos minutos depois de abrir o Marvel Tokon, principalmente nas configurações ou opções de idioma, vale a pena testar esses procedimentos.

Thank you for response my guy! Unfortunately following steps 1-4 didn't help, changed everything. However, I cannot even get to graphic settings, but I doubt it could cause this.

Crazy, the only thing that helped me is to create another steam account and link a brand new psn account. However, now my main account is linked to a “faulty” psn account forever. This is beyond horrible, developers need to fix this ASAP!

Im happy to report that after these perturbations, if you go back to your main account, it no longer crashes! So if you have this issue, try creating a brand new steam account, psn account and login there, then try your main. Hope this will help someone!
