Cosmic Tree quest tangling string + gathering with BLessed Path

1. Compleated Cosmic Tree quest and just did it without visiting the Scholar tower (the one who wants you to destroy the seed) cos the tower was over water and I was too lazy to go there. So finished the quest but the tower remained ... wenet to visit it and it does say properly its empty and so on but wont dissapear either - so i have a ? mark on map with an empty tower.
2. Sometimes when i come back to village with my group I don't reach it within my turn so I stay camped near the village to gather materials and/or heal wounds. If you make a camp near village without Blessed Path, the village territory is cut out from camps gathering radius. Same if u make a camp next to a camp - u cant gather from other camps area. With Blessed Path in village i can gather what I want - even if its already gathered in village with someone. Game does remove the village person though but with no message, nor puts him later back tog ather - its bit annoying and 1rst time I saw that I just thought i was retaded and forgot to put my gatherer into its slot. Maybe village are with Blessed Path should be cut out from camps gathering area?
