I can't log-in as ADMN
I know that I can no longer acces trough "/password". But first of all, my 'administrator.txt' was blank when I checked if the password was rebooted to "password". I wrote the password that I usually use, e.g. '6669'. And now, when I tap F1 to introduce the password, even if it's the right one, I get kicked from my own server. What's the deal here?

Whatever is in the admin.txt is your password. So if it says "password" in the admin.txt - simply type "password!" when pressing F1.

Type exactly what is in the admin.txt as your password.

If I wasn't clear enough before, I must say again that that's what I do type. I type exactly what's in the .txt and I still get kicked for trying. Is there a reason for the "!"?

Check your server console, it will say "Failed to authenicate admin (<password>). Make sure this is exactly what is in your admin.txt file.

Make sure to restart your server after admin password changes.

Done, yet it's still not working. I'll keep trying that unless there's another solution...
Thanks for the help anyway.

I just tried logging into the current live version of the game with the provided server and it works perfectly fine. I changed my password from "password" to "1234" (without the ""). Works fine.

Here you'll see me connecting, logging in then disconnecting normally from the server. http://puu.sh/qgZVf/ec30f8063b.png

I'm pretty sure that it should look that way when an ADMIN connects without problems. MY problem is that after typing exactly what it's in the 'admin.txt' I still get kicked. As I said, I'll keep rebooting the server until I see a change...

All clients are set to none admins unless logged in. It will only toggle admin status after logging on. So for example, when I logged onto the server just now, I was a normal user. After logging in using F1, then I was verfied as an admin.

A couple of tips:
1. Try logging in with the normal default password, "password" without the "".
2. Verify game data in Steam
3. Make sure the admin.txt is located in the "Config" folder in the "Nomad Server" folder.

Let me know how you get on.

2. Open Server Files
3. (Everything in the right place) / Go to Nomad Server.
4. Open the Server by running the 'START'.
5. The Server opens and so connect there.
6. Once in the Server, I use F1 and type the ADMIN's password.
7. Type the password exactly how it is in the "admin.txt" file and still get kicked with a failed try.

That's the lucky-seven steps that I've been doing. After them, I reboot the Server and repeat the process...

You should probably Verify game data, as mentioned in my last post.

I'll try that if I'm ever able to play again, because now the screen stays in "LOADING CHARACTER" even when my character is already in the map, bu that's a different issue.

Everything works for me. A couple times a day I do get the "Failed to authenicate admin" message in console, so someone keeps trying login as admin on my server.
