How do I get FM16 Touch on the iPad?

You have to buy it (another time) on the App-Store. :(
Same thing for the android version on Play store...

No because Steam as a "download client" (the same as Windows/Mac/linux versions) doesn't exist on Android or iOS systems.

And Steam is different from App-Store, Steam is Valve's store, App-Store is Apple's store.
