Players stamina sucks
playing 90 minutes per week, end up with 60% condition for every players except my gk. everyone starts with low condition and have poor performance and get injured easily. What the ♥♥♥♥ is going on?

I don't have many complaints about the game, but I've already raised this issue on these forums...have to agree with you though, players are tiring out way too easily. Players should be able to play League and Europe games for months before they properly get tired...you can't do that on this game without players becoming injured.

It must be awful trying to manage the lower leagues in England where fixtures are closer together...

I can't imagine what will it be if I am playing like 4 games in a week in the final part of season after playing all the way in FA cup, Capital one cup, CL and Club world cup....

Excatly...most people will just tell you to ''rotate'' as a way round it, when in reality you shouldn't have to.

I hired a dedicated fitness coach and wham !!!!!! 2 games a week and stamina sitting at 70, still get some players tiring but i just put them on stamina training

Try managing in the Blue Square South with no room for a fitness coach. It's a nightmare just putting out a team.

This. I started off with Elgin City in Scottish League 2, who are part-time and don't have a fitness coach or the budget for a big squad. I played Saturday - Wednesday - Saturday and my players were struggling by the end of the second game. Still, that's part of the deal with the lower leagues I suppose, so can't have too many complaints.

this better get patched and soon i'm picking up an injury a week, and i cant get people match fit because i'm wasting my subs on my 100% fit players who are on the verge of collapsing "If it aint broke dont fix it"

There is a option to give players rest and that option should be used continuesly...

I use that but it really doesn't help that much at all. I even have to rotate my CB's as they get too tired, which is stupid.

I rotate my players 24/7 unless theres 2 big games in a row and got the best coaches and medical staff in premier league so I haven't had any problems.

It's easy to solve this. Lighter training with rest after the match, fitness coaches for each squad, rotate players around. Rotating is not an issue, because you should look to sign competition for your players. Got Oxford promoted in consecutive seasons to the prem and in my second prem season finished 4th and won the FA Cup. Nothing needs changing by SI, it's you that needs to change things.
