In-game Editor manual?

I've spent 30 minutes googling and either my google-fu is really bad, or there is absolutely no comprehensive manual for this product anywhere online.

Can someone with a black-belt in google-fu point me towards something like this?

The game comes with a "In-game editor online manual" button, that when pressed, takes me to a SI Blog post that in no way talks about the in-game editor and the games official manual only goes so far as to say that there "is" and in-game editor.

And yes, I know I can alter stats and those other basic things, but my questions are more comprehensive than that.

1. If I alter a players current ability, will his attributes change to compensate the change over time?
2. If I alter a players attributes, will the coaches eventually make the connection that he is in fact first-team material?
3. If I give my club tons of money, will they eventually allow me to spend some of it?
4. If I boost my transfer budget but not the budget, will I bankrupt the club?
5. What is sugar daddy and what specifically do the different options there do?
