How do you change players' holiday with editor?

Hmm, that is a weird question....

The thing is, you dont CHOOSE players holiday, this is an automatic feat. after each season played....
You don't want them to have holidays, is that it?
And no, the title doesnt say it all, really... It is a confusing and weird question.
