I am stil only in my first season so I'll have to give it more time on that though.
There are a lot of new quality of life features that I like and I didnt see mentioned when I was researching this version compared to last years.
When a player gets injured while you're playing it'll tell you what the injury is instead of just saying he's injured. This I guess makes you decide whether or not to replace him.
Squad report has a best 11 option which gives you the assistant's opinion of what are your best players for the tactics you have loaded.
There seems to be more relevant information on each screen
Not sure if it's a feature or not but this time when I put myself as manager of Arsenal it put Arsene as director of football instead of just flat out firing him. I kinda liked that as it felt weird having him go manage another team in previous versions.
Speaking the language appears to matter more or at the very least it's more visable. When you buy a player or hire a coach who doesnt speak the language you can get the option to pay for courses to speed up their learning of the language.
When I went to try to hire some coaches for training purposes and they flat out rejected me I got more specific information as to why they were rejecting me. Like as in they either were loyal to their club or they were uncomfortable moving away from where they live.
There also seems to be a much more in depth team stats portion when you look at the league leaders. I dont seem to recall that from FM15 but I could be wrong.
There's lots of other things too that I cant recall right now. Each on their own is not much but all combined together to make it a more enjoyable experience.
